Creature Suit Actor and Practical Effects Specialist

I’m a British-American creature suit actor, director, and practical effects specialist with over two decades of experience in television production and acting. I bring each bear or creature to life in a way that fits the scene or atmosphere, from lifelike realism to playful humor and whimsical moments. My recent screen credit is Bear in Animals on Drugs, Season 1, Episode 3, ‘Drunk Bears’ (2025). My on-camera commercial work includes the Lowe’s Foods Brown Bear campaign, which received a Platinum Viddy Award, and the Nike Air shoot featuring Erling Haaland. In Exit, Pursued by a Bear, I brought one of the bears to life and also served as additional crew, coordinating the other bear. As director and client lead for a Dare Foods Bear Paws commercial campaign, I oversaw production from location scouting through filming, coordinating the crew and set decoration. I continue to support the brand through TV Bears International. I lead bear work for screen productions and live events. Each booking includes a suit, an experienced actor, and dedicated coordination. My on-set work includes bear-unit coordination, production planning, and safety communication with directors, assistant directors, and other departments, including weapons and armor. I bring working knowledge of vehicle mechanics, find practical solutions to last-minute creative changes, and work with actors and public figures with respect and discretion. I was formerly CEO of Animatronic Bear Studios Inc. and am now fully dedicated to TV Bears International. I currently represent myself and am open to discussing representation where there is a good fit. Based in Toluca Lake, California, with a UK hub in Watford. Available worldwide.
