Empowering Stories Films

Empowering Stories Films (ESF) is an independent film production company dedicated to creating meaningful, character-driven stories that entertain, inspire, and connect with audiences. Founded by filmmaker David Schinasi, Empowering Stories Films was created around a simple belief: every story—public or personal—deserves to be told. The company develops films that explore human relationships, personal transformation, resilience, humor, and the unexpected experiences that shape our lives. ESF embraces independent filmmaking as an opportunity to tell authentic stories with creative freedom. From concept development and production to editing, music, marketing, and distribution, the company takes a hands-on approach to bringing each project from idea to screen. Its productions span narrative films and documentaries, with an emphasis on compelling characters and accessible stories capable of reaching audiences across cultures and generations. Among its projects is The Last Guests, an independent romantic comedy about two strangers whose accidental double booking at a secluded cabin leads to conflict, laughter, discovery, and an unexpected connection. Through original productions and creative collaborations, Empowering Stories Films seeks to produce cinema that does more than entertain—it gives stories a voice and audiences something to remember. Empowering Stories Films: stories that entertain. Stories that connect. Stories that empower.
